Headway Advocates is built on the belief that people navigating later life deserve an organized, professional partner who acts in their interest. Most people navigate later life with a collection of specialists who each handle their piece without someone holding the whole picture together.
I started Headway because I've needed an advocate to help me see how the pieces fit together myself. I was a caregiver for my father and managed his estate. I learned firsthand what it means to navigate a system nobody explains to you. And as someone who is childfree, I've also thought carefully about what my own later life needs to look like. I built the practice I was looking for and couldn't find.
Before founding Headway, I spent 20 years managing large-scale initiatives for startups and Fortune 500 companies . That experience shapes how I work — organized, direct, and focused on outcomes. I am currently completing my California professional fiduciary certification.
